Great to meet you!

You’ve tried to think your way out of anxiety, but your mind still races and your body still feels on edge. Maybe you overthink everything, replay conversations, feel emotionally overwhelmed, or constantly feel like you’re bracing for something. Many of my clients are adults and teens with ADHD or trauma-related anxiety who are exhausted from trying to hold it all together.

I don’t just focus on talking about your anxiety—I help you work directly with your nervous system so you can actually feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control. Together, we build practical tools to help you regulate emotions, quiet the mental overwhelm, and better understand what your mind and body are communicating instead of fearing it.

My work integrates somatic, neuroscience-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches to help create lasting change—not just temporary insight. The goal is for you to feel more confident, connected to yourself, and able to move through life with more ease.

My approach to therapy

I don’t use traditional talk therapy alone. My approach focuses on helping you shift the deeper patterns driving anxiety, overwhelm, and feeling stuck—not just talk about them.

We work with both the mind and body to help regulate your nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and create lasting change. Rather than endlessly analyzing the past, we focus on helping you feel different in the present: calmer, clearer, and more able to handle life without constantly feeling overwhelmed.

My work is grounded in neuroscience, somatic therapy, and rapid resolution approaches that help clients move forward without having to relive painful experiences over and over.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll start working right away. I’ll help you begin noticing what’s happening in your body and how your mind responds so you can better understand what’s driving your anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional reactions.

You’ll leave with practical tools, greater clarity, and a better understanding of how to begin shifting the patterns that have been keeping you stuck. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and more hopeful about what’s possible moving forward.
