Great to meet you!

Hello there. What's important for you right now? Many of us are looking for ways to think and feel better, connect with like-minded folks, and contribute more to the world. Could the change you're looking for already be accessible to you with the right encouragement and understanding? Let's chat, shall we?

My approach to therapy

Clients' needs have always defined therapy. Thirty years in the helping profession have taught me that, for the majority of people, the goal in therapy is to get out of therapy. Some folks may want to focus on practical solutions for everyday challenges. Others may want to investigate deeper processes that drive their thoughts and actions. I hope to help you look at whatever it is you want to explore, to assist you in navigating potential solutions, and to provide a space for you to better know yourself so you can live the life you want to lead.

If you or someone you know is a bit stuck and looking for something a little more than just once-a-week therapy, please check out our program website at www.onwardtransitions.com.

What you can expect from me

Our first session should help us to establish our fit for each other, some preliminary goals that you want to focus on, and identify the life you want to be leading that will tell us our work is done.
