Great to meet you!

I have spent over 40 years teaching, training, and developing mental health programs for individuals from 4 to 84 find hope once again. I am a life-long learner and add at least one certificate a year to ensure clients are given multiple approaches to what they encounter. I am very honest and direct, but also understand the need for pause and reflection. You know the level of your pain and suffering. My job is to meet you where you are and lead you to the place you want to go.

My approach to therapy

My job is to be a mental health surgeon, cutting right to the heart of the matter to ensure you have the tools necessary to make the changes that will enrich your life, your marriage, your parenting, or your career. Therapy should be customized to your needs. We find the approach that works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Each session is a step toward hope and healing. Homework is given so you do not waste time repeating yourself. We make the plan. We conquer the challenges. We celebrate the victories, not matter how small. If you are not walking away feeling challenged, I am not doing my job!
