Great to meet you!

I believe the one of the most important parts of a successful and positive experience in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Starting off my first priority is to make you feel comfortable being yourself, in a judgement free space. It would be my pleasure to walk with you as you pursue your mental health goals, and help you work toward overcoming any obstacles preventing you from living the life you want to live.

I have been practicing for 5 years and my focus has been working with adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I take a person centered approach; due to everyone having their own unique story I will adapt to the person. Once we begin, we will work together to come up with a plan that is relevant to what you want to achieve. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will give us an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your background, and what brings you to therapy. Then, towards the end of session we will create a plan together. My initial goal is for you to feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable but also feel secure.
