Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I believe that counseling provides the opportunity for growth and self-discovery in the context of a safe, supportive, and therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is that our thoughts and beliefs impact our feelings and behaviors in a variety of settings. We make choices in our lives and are accountable for our own actions. There are often alternative choices that can b e explored and help us to succeed in reaching our personal goals. My approach is Person Centered, in which it is acknowledged that you are an expert in your own life placing an emphasis on personal self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

I will listen to you and focus on what you want to accomplish. Then we will together develop a plan that will help you accomplish your goals. Together we will work through any barriers or stuck points that are preventing you to accomplishing your goals.
