Great to meet you!

I'm David Bailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of AL, GA, FL, TN, NC, and SC. My experience has been with adolescents and young and emerging adults in psychiatric care, child-welfare, eating disorder treatment, and the prison system. Some modalities I like to incorporate in therapy are ACT, CFT, CBT, MI, and Mindfulness. My focus is providing my clients with skills to challenge thought patterns and counter maladaptive coping.

My approach to therapy

Many times we can find ourselves existing incongruently with our values, which often times brings distress and dysregulation. My approach is to assist you in exploring and expanding on those values. With one step at a time, eventually, having you walking in line with them.

What you can expect from me

Hopefully a new way of challenges those old thoughts
