Great to meet you!

I am a warm, energetic, attuned therapist who is passionate about working with individuals and groups. Therapy is a place to make meaningful changes in our lives, reframe our narratives and better understand ourselves in the context of a safe space. I use several therapeutic modalities to best fit your needs, including psycho-dynamic, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, strength-based and collaborative throughout our sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a wide range of clinical expertise with adolescents and adults. I specialize working with, college students, professionals and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational struggles, attachment wounds, and life-transitions.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that everyone can benefit from speaking to a therapist, as we all have stressors that impact our daily lives. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and I am committed to providing a safe space for you to tap into your own innate wisdom.
