Great to meet you!
I believe therapy is a collaborative space for reflection and growth. My philosophy centers on gently challenging unhelpful beliefs and encouraging curiosity about the patterns that shape your life. Together, we work toward clearer understanding, greater freedom, and meaningful, self-guided change.
I support clients with autism spectrum differences, trauma, mood and thought disorders, anxiety, and depression. I focus on helping clients understand and manage their emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and navigate life's challenges more effectively. Together, we work toward building skills that improve daily functioning, enhance well-being, and support meaningful, value-driven living
I have provided therapy in residential, outpatient, primary care, and telehealth settings. My Master's in Public Administration helps me integrate knowledge of systems and community resources to support clients' well-being and guide them in navigating life's challenges
