Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who wants clients to no longer need therapy. Therapy is beneficial, but is a stepping stone to living the life you want to live, not the end goal. Come work with me to reach that next step. With over 10 years of experience and high quality education Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, I have helped many move forward. I work well with anxiety, depression, relationships, betrayal trauma, and sexual addiction issues.

My approach to therapy

I work well with clients who are looking to change their patterns of life. We will work to change the thought processes and core beliefs that are getting you stuck. I believe therapy is a collaborative process in community to become a better, more content person.

What you can expect from me

When working with people, I am very aware that I'm not the expert of your life. You are. We work together in the direction you want to go. I provide guidance and support to empower you to live the life you want to have.
