Great to meet you!

I believe every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity. My approach is holistic, recognizing that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. I provide compassionate, evidence-based, and nonjudgmental care in a safe environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns. Together, we work to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports healing, resilience, and long-term wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, strengths, goals, and challenges before recommending treatment. When appropriate, I combine medication management with supportive psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and practical lifestyle strategies. I emphasize shared decision-making, ensuring clients understand their treatment options and actively participate in developing a plan that aligns with their values and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and thorough evaluation. We will discuss your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, lifestyle, relationships, and treatment goals. I will listen carefully, answer your questions, and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication recommendations, therapy strategies, or referrals when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
