Great to meet you!

I found passion for mental health while working with children at an autism summer camp that I have worked for for 15 years. Mental health is a major component that makes us happy, sad, or just ok. I am here to help you meet your goals and help guide you along the way. I have experience in mood disorders, trauma, autism & learning differences, and sleep.

I believe self care is important for our health

My approach to therapy

As a care provider, my goal is to present you with options and allow you to choose. Together we work towards a goal that work for you and you care.

What you can expect from me

During out first visit, I will introduce myself and provide the plan for our first visit. I will cover symptoms you are experiecing, take a health history, discuss family history, work/life history, and other questions you have. I will help formulate a plan of care for you. We will finish by setting up your next appointment.
