Great to meet you!

I am an experienced and empathetic counselor, specializing in issues related to addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, relationship issues and the stressors and strains of life transitions. I have spent my career helping a wide variety of clients to overcome barriers to making changes in their lives and to achieve their recovery goals. I would love to work with you and find out how I can help!

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is quite eclectic, and my goal is to get to know you and your needs so that we can help you to move forward in your life. Counseling sometimes focuses primarily on building skills, sometimes on processing thoughts and experiences from the past, and sometimes on thinking through day to day stressors. It is always grounded in listening and providing encouragement and support.

What you can expect from me

I try to create a safe and comfortable counseling environment in which you can feel heard and known. My clients come from many backgrounds and experiences, and they have their own expectations as to what they want to gain from the therapeutic experience. Ultimately, my objective is to help you to work through whatever is getting in the way of your own goals!
