Great to meet you!

I’m someone who believes that caring for your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself. I’ve spent over 19 years helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or carrying the weight of past experiences. My earlier life as a wilderness instructor on Cape Cod and in Alaska taught me how to stay calm in the face of unexpected challenges, build confidence, and approach problems with patience and practical solutions. Those experiences continue to shape how I show up for my clients—with groundedness, compassion, and a focus on what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership. Every story is different, so our work together is tailored to you. I value honesty, openness, and collaboration, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard and supported. I listen, offer guidance, teach skills, and gently challenge you when it’s helpful. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and straightforward—someone who helps them feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on in their lives.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start by talking about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself and speak freely. From there, we’ll work together to identify patterns, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes—at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, stress, trauma, or feeling stuck, our work is focused on helping you feel more connected, confident, and capable of moving forward.
