Great to meet you!

I primarily work with adults and am passionate about helping others recognize and fulfill their potential. I have successfully aided clients in addressing a range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, past trauma, anger management, life adjustment issues, relationship concerns, and self-esteem concerns. I encourage each of my clients to further cultivate their internal motivation in the process of setting and realizing their own goals.

I earned a Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective. I know that your strengths can be utilized and built upon, in order for you to successfully navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will create a non-judgmental, open and healing therapeutic experience.
