I am Licensed in Florida, North Carolina and Georgia. I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Growth and Development through Mount Vernon College/ George Washington University. I am also a Certified Addictions Professional and am Certified in Pet Assisted Therapy. I have significant experience with individuals struggling with co - occurring diagnosis as well as trauma and crisis.

My approach to therapy

My experience over the past 25 years has included a number of Mental Health Settings including working with couples and individuals. I am credentialed in Rational Emotive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have worked with many experiencing both crisis and trauma.

Reaching out can be scary and intimidating and I do all that I can to ensure that you feel safe and heard.
