Great to meet you!

I believe in people and in the living, breathing scenic routes experienced in life. I have personal experience in a wide range of life events. I am grateful to those people who made positive impacts on me when I most needed them. I am a LPC with a MS in Clinical Mental Health, and a CADC-III for addictions. I work with adults of all ages and at various lifespan stages who may struggle with mental health needs, alcohol or other substance use, grief/loss, identity, relationships and other areas.

My approach to therapy

I like to provide a safe and confidential space and am skilled in several therapeutic approaches to therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Humanistic Modalities and I am sensitive to the Cultural and Spiritual beliefs of others.n

What you can expect from me

You can expect a true sense of being heard and valued. You will find I am genuinely interested in you and in knowing how I may best provide you with the care you are looking for. If we decide we are a "good fit", we will develop a realistic plan to establish and work on your goals. My hope is that your take-aways from our time together will be thought provoking and beneficial to your life.
