Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Dawn! I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Substance Abuse and Addictions. I am comfortable working with all populations and ages. While I do have specialty areas, I enjoy working with all clinical diagnosis.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It is my belief that to grow we must feel comfortable in that growth through understanding and acceptance as well as comfortable with those we share that growth with. Building rapport and a therapeutic relationship is key to being able to fully explore this growth through defined boundaries and goal-oriented sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Oftentimes to gain a better understanding of self, or to try new strategies, homework assignments may be given outside of sessions. Completing and discussing these assignments honestly will be beneficial toward accomplishing your chosen goals and together we will work to ReNew You!
