Hi there! I am a clinical therapist with 11 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults to include school settings and military populations. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Fayetteville State University.
My approach includes utilizing the evidenced-based frameworks of Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Trauma-Focused CBT, and play therapy to address a variety of life’s challenges. This includes depression, anxiety, parent-child conflict, adjustment, relationship issues, and child behavioral difficulties.
