Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and talk openly. I value building a genuine connection and believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative partnership.

I am both compassionate and practical in my approach. I will listen and support you, while also helping you look at patterns, gain insight, and develop tools you can use in your daily life. I aim to strike a balance between validating your experience and gently challenging you when it helps you grow.

I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and decision-making challenges. My goal is to help you feel more clear, confident, and able to move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work alongside clients to better understand what’s contributing to their stress, anxiety, or feeling of being stuck, and help them build insight while also developing tools they can use in their everyday lives.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and strengths-based work. I also incorporate body-based and nervous system regulation strategies to help clients manage anxiety more effectively in real time.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship patterns, and decision-making challenges. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being honest, while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns so they can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and direction.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and strengths, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. My goal is to help you feel at ease while also starting to identify patterns, priorities, and meaningful goals for therapy.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin to outline a direction for our work together and discuss next steps. Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, clearer about their situation, and with an initial sense of direction and support.
