Great to meet you!

I have been in the field of social work for over 20 years and have worked in a variety of settings and have treated various populations (adults, children, young adults, and military connected youth and families). Making the decision to focus on yourself can be life changing. Believe your therapeutic goals and desire for change can be achieved. Apply the strengths you already possess to live the life you envision for yourself. As my goal is to be your partner through this therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a distinct narrative giving them a unique journey in life. I believe each individual has unique needs. My approach to therapy begins with respect and validation for your feelings and experiences. Being open-minded, empowering, and solution-focused oriented allows me to create a safe and comfortable environment where dialogue can flow without fear of judgment. Together, we will identify your strengths to empower you to face life's challenges and live a meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

Upon completion of a psychosocial assessment, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan that empowers you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. I recognize it takes a tremendous amount of courage to begin therapy. As a result, I focus on providing a welcoming and non-judgmental environment that gives space to be creative and open minded. In therapy, we will work towards your unique goals for personal growth and well-being.
