Great to meet you!

Aloha! I’m Dr. Dayna Schultz, a Native Hawaiian survivor who carries a deep passion for helping women who have endured and survived domestic violence and sexual assault. My journey has been shaped by multiple traumas, but it is my lived experience that fuels my commitment to empowering others.

As a survivor, I understand firsthand the challenges, struggles, and deep scars that can be left behind by abuse. It is my belief that healing is not only possible, but deeply transformative when approached with compassion, understanding, and self-empowerment. I offer a non-judgmental space for women to reclaim their voice and power and rebuild their lives, with the values of Aloha at the core of all our work together.

Through my story, I aim to inspire others to believe in their own strength, offering tools and guidance that support healing and personal growth. I am here not just as a coach or guide, but as someone who truly understands, honors, and walks alongside you on your path to recovery.

If you’re looking for a safe space, someone who listens without judgment, and a partner in your journey toward healing and empowerment, you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

In my therapeutic practice, I bring a deep commitment to empowering individuals through the wisdom of lived experience. As a survivor of trauma, I understand the profound impact that pain, loss, and hardship can have on a person’s journey. That’s why I center my approach around creating a space where you can feel safe to be vulnerable, express yourself fully, and heal at your own pace—without judgment.

I believe that the path to healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but about rediscovering the strength, resilience, and power that already reside within you. Through genuine care, compassion ,cultural awareness and a deep respect for your unique story, I provide a space for open dialogue where you are seen, heard, and valued. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges you face, empowering you to reclaim your voice and take ownership of your own healing.

This is not a one-way relationship; it’s a mutual exchange. I am here to listen, support, and share insights from my own lived experience, but I also honor the wisdom you carry within. Growth occurs when we create a true, reciprocal connection, and I am here to walk with you every step of the way as you embrace the full potential of who you are becoming.

In this work, we foster trust, understanding, and love—principles that make this space a sanctuary for healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, the ultimate goal is to guide you toward finding a sense of peace, empowerment, and resolution. Trauma can strip away your sense of self, leaving you feeling lost, confused, or disconnected from who you truly are. My approach is centered on helping you reclaim and rediscover your identity—one that is powerful, resilient, and uniquely yours.

You will leave each session with greater clarity, a renewed sense of purpose, and the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence. Together, we will work to shift your narrative—transforming the story that trauma has written for you into one that reflects your strength, growth, and aspirations.

By healing old wounds, shedding limiting beliefs, and reframing the past, we will create the space for you to envision and embrace the future you’ve always desired. Your story is still unfolding, and with each step forward, you’ll reclaim your power and write a new chapter—one that aligns with the life you are meant to live.
