Great to meet you!

Anxiety, ADHD, parenting strategies, relational challenges, self-confidence, executive functioning strategies and life transitions are all topics explored daily in my practice. I often work with individuals seeking perspective and families aiming to improve their relational functioning. My approach when working with children also involves working with parents to help families improve their relational functioning.

I have over 25 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate obstacles and providing tools to improve their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

I primarily employ CBT, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches in my practice. I am energetic and positive, and I work with you to identify changes you would like to make and goals you wish to achieve.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will focus on identifying strengths and challenges, establishing a therapeutic relationship and setting initial goals for therapy.
