Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dea! I’m a curious and compassionate therapist who genuinely cares about understanding you as a whole person. I take a relational approach, exploring how your past experiences and relationships shape the way you show up in your life today. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have several years of experience supporting people struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I especially enjoy working with young women, those who have a harsh inner critic, have been told they’re “too sensitive,” or find it challenging to navigate emotions and connections with others.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to make your therapy time a safe, welcoming space where you can be open, explore your emotions, and gently work through what feels stuck. Together, we’ll notice patterns, strengthen skills for communication and setting boundaries, and support you in building a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and authentic.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, I’m curious to hear your story and understand how your experiences have shaped who you are today. I pay close attention to what you want from therapy and what helps you feel comfortable, so we can move at your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and ready to explore your emotions and patterns in a way that works for you.
