Great to meet you!

When emotions start running high, it can be difficult to know how to respond differently. You may find yourself getting frustrated faster than you want to, having the same arguments with family members, struggling to communicate without things escalating, or feeling like your emotions are controlling the conversation. For others, anxiety, depression, or ADHD may show up as difficulty focusing, feeling mentally scattered, losing motivation, or constantly trying to catch up with responsibilities. I work with individuals and families who want to better understand these patterns and create healthier ways of communicating, coping, and moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life and with just about every kind of challenge you can imagine. Whatever brings you to therapy, you can expect to be met with respect and without judgment. My approach is collaborative, practical, and honest. Together, we’ll look at what is happening beneath the surface. Whether that’s stress, emotional triggers, communication patterns, family dynamics, or difficulty with attention and organization. And if I ever feel that someone else would be better equipped to support you, I won’t leave you to figure that out on your own; I’ll help you identify the right resources and find a provider who can.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a place to have honest conversations without feeling defined by your struggles. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your family, or a relationship that has become difficult to navigate, we'll identify what you want to change and work toward realistic goals together. My hope is that you'll leave therapy with a better understanding of what's driving the challenges you're facing and with tools that help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your responses.
