Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you're here! I am a clinical social worker, and earned my MSW at the University of Michigan. I am a proud native of SE Michigan (Metro Detroit) and I love connecting with fellow Midwesterners! Throughout my career, I have served people and communities in various helping professions, and have a desire to support those in need. As a therapist, I work with adults of all ages to address Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, OCD, Work Issues, Relationship Concerns, Family Conflicts, Assertive Communication Skills, Trauma, and more. Please book a free 15-minute consultation with me so we can get to know each other!

My approach to therapy

Building rapport with clients is important to me. I am curious to learn about your experiences and what brought you to seek therapy at this time. From there, we will focus on your goals and develop strategies to support you in achieving them.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients will have found a safe space where they feel seen and heard. I hope they feel that their questions were answered and they feel encouraged to engage in the ongoing process.
