Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worried about your child or family? I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years of experience helping children, parents, and caregivers through big feelings and life changes. As a former elementary school counselor and certified K–12 art teacher, I understand the school, social, and family pressures kids and teens face.

My approach to therapy

I know healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I often bring creative expression and art into therapy. For children, teens, and adults processing trauma, art can offer a gentle way to express what’s hard to say. My style is strengths-based, curious, and collaborative, helping you build insight, feel grounded, and express yourself more fully.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you and/or your child feel safe, supported, and heard. We’ll talk through your goals and explore whether talk therapy, creative interventions, or a mix of both fits best. If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to help you create a plan that feels realistic and empowering.
