Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor-supervisor, I believe caring for your mental health is essential to feeling grounded and at peace. Reaching out for support can be tough, and I’m glad you’re taking this step. I’ve worked across school-based, community and outpatient settings for years, and have been a clinical director over mental health providers in over apx 18 school districts. I am also a PhD Candidate pursuing a doctorate degree in Counselor Education and Supervision. I now focus on helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, and family challenges. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and feel more in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is different, so I tailor therapy to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Once we begin working together, we’ll partner in your healing process through open communication and mutual respect. I’m here to listen, gently challenge you when needed, and support you as you work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I start with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you’d like to work on. We’ll explore your goals together so you feel supported and understood from the beginning. My priority is to create a warm, comfortable space where you can be open and feel safe. From there, we’ll work side by side in each session to help you move toward the changes and growth you want.
