Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Deborah M. Rago, LCSW. I hold master’s degrees in both Social Work and Human Services, and I’ve spent more than three decades supporting clients across Arkansas in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. My experience includes working with grief and loss, personality disorders, addictions, professional stress, and trauma.

If you’re facing a difficult season or feeling overwhelmed by what you’re carrying, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to offer compassionate, experienced support as you work toward greater understanding and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, identify what you hope to change, and build practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect a calm and welcoming environment focused on your story, your concerns, and your goals. I’ll work to help you feel comfortable sharing openly and ensure you feel safe, heard, and respected throughout the process.
