Great to meet you!

My name is Deborah Tiger. You can call me Debbie! I have worked in the mental health profession for over 30 years in a variety of positions, but decided I should move forward and become a licensed clinician. I have been licensed for 6 years. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach (CBT). I have specialties in the treatment of trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. I am a direct, honest person; however, I do use a sense of humor when I can and when appropriate. My style involves active participation with the client in developing skills to manage their mental health symptoms.

What you can expect from me

In my first session with a new client, I like to get to know about you, your basic day-to-day, your strengths, coping skills that work, what hasn't worked in the past, and what symptoms are most troubling for you.
