Great to meet you!

You’ve done your best to cope, but trauma keeps resurfacing in your relationships, your body, and your beliefs about yourself. No matter how hard you try, anxiety, self-doubt, and past wounds seem to haunt you. You may feel stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode, replaying old patterns of mistrust and fear. Thoughts like, “I’m not good enough,” “I can’t trust anyone,” or “I’ll never find love” hold you back from pursuing what you truly want. This constant internal struggle leaves you feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unsure of how to break free. If you’re tired of just surviving and are ready to heal, I’m here to help.

I am a holistic, integrative therapist who uses a variety of treatment modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Grief work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EFT: Tapping, along with breath work, yoga/movement-based exercises, mindfulness, guided imagery/meditations, and expressive arts for healing.

My approach to therapy

Traditional talk therapy can only go so far in healing. I incorporate breath work, yoga/movement-based exercises, mindfulness, guided imagery/meditations, expressive arts (art, dance, music, writing) to address those areas that traditional talk therapy just can't get to. I don't believe in a "one-size fits all" approach and customize treatment to your individual needs and preferences.

I work with adults to overcome the effects of past trauma using a combination of EMDR, CPT, DBT, and alternative somatic therapies. Trauma is a mind-body disorder, which requires a mind-body approach. We'll work together to understand your issues and create a personalized plan to fit your needs, helping you build stronger relationships, recover your confidence, and develop the tools you need to live a life free from fear and self-doubt.

I also work with clients to treat depression, anxiety, grief/loss, codependency, self-esteem, women's issues, divorce and other life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an intake form. You share what is bringing you in, and I listen without judgment or a hidden agenda. By the end, my goal is for you to feel genuinely heard and to have a clear sense of what you want to work on and some of your goals. There is no pressure to have it all figured out. We start exactly where you are.

Just imagine what life could be like when you start to heal. When you’re no longer haunted by the past, everything shifts. You’ll trust yourself again. You’ll feel at ease in your body and relationships. That calm and inner peace you’ve been looking for will be yours. Email me today to book your free consultation. I’ll respond within 24 hours.
