Great to meet you!

From time to time, everyone has challenges and frustrations in their lives. Most of the time we can figure things out ourselves, but sometimes we get stuck and need a new perspective. A good therapist will help you get unstuck.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy helping people find solutions to their problems, by listening carefully and asking questions. I use a variety of therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and relational therapy.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I will ask about your day-to-day life, your work or school environment, your relationships, and any current stressors affecting you. We will discuss why you came to therapy and what you would like to be different in your life. Then together we will develop a plan of action. By the end of the first session, you should have a clearer understanding, not just that change is possible, but how it can happen.
