I've been fortunate in my career to work with individuals at each stage of development; childhood through elderly. Depression, anxiety, and grief are common at all stages of life. Additionally, I have advanced training in treating trauma.
My approach is informed by what you need and helping you generate solutions from within. I offer a balance of psychoeducation and gently challenging dysfunctional thinking/behaving.
