Great to meet you!

Grief and trauma have a way of rewriting who you thought you were, and finding your footing again can feel impossible to do alone. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors who are carrying the weight of loss, the aftermath of trauma, or a stressful situation that has pushed them past what they can manage on their own. My work centers on helping people move through some of the hardest moments life brings, whether that is grief, PTSD, or the kind of chronic stress that wears a person down over time.

My approach to therapy

Together we build a space where you can say the hard things out loud without being judged for them. My goal is for our work to leave you feeling genuinely heard and respected, not just processed through a session. We focus on understanding what brought you in, naming what you are actually carrying, and moving steadily toward a place where you feel more like yourself again. I work especially well with people who are ready to talk honestly about painful experiences and want a steady, compassionate presence alongside them as they do that work.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other. There is no pressure to have it all figured out. We will talk through what is bringing you in right now and what you are hoping will be different, and from there we will shape a path forward together. If you are ready to stop carrying this on your own, I would be glad to talk with you.
