Great to meet you!

Hello, I am an attachment-based, trauma-informed Therapist. I offer a warm, grounding space where you can slow down and make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you or your relationships feeling stuck. Therapy becomes a place to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels aligned, authentic, and connected.

My approach to therapy

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma, I provide a supportive space to explore your story, identify the roots to symptoms and provide a safe environment to feel heard, validated and discover new ways to heal from the bottom up. Using a blend of attachment-focused work, family systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and collaborative narrative therapy—combined with practical guidance—where you’ll gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

A safe compassionate space will be provided for your story to be heard and curious questions will be asked to explore your needs/goals for seeking therapy. We collaborate the most beneficial approaches/modalities to start the healing journey.

--------- Personal quotes ---------

For me, success in therapy is hearing from clients that our work together has led to meaningful, positive change in their lives.

You can choose to be the change. Patterns are co-created. When you change your part, you create a change in the system.
