Great to meet you!

I’m a seasoned psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, and women’s issues. I offer compassionate support to adult women, with emphasis on depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and relationship issues. For those women navigating perimenopause and the emotional challenges that can arise with hormonal changes, I bring expertise in the challenges you face due to increased stress, hormonal shifts, psychological changes, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach to therapy

I bring both wisdom and experience to my practice, using a range of therapeutic tools, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to support real growth and healing. Focus on healing the wounded inner child is fostered through Internal Family Systems (informed). I take the time to understand your goals and build a trusting relationship—the foundation of effective therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients will realize a reduction in symptoms associated with mental health diagnoses, and develop new skills that will help you find balance and new perspective in your life. You will experience an increase in self-esteem and self-love through learning to develop appropriate boundaries to foster self-love and self-appreciation. You'll have a better understanding of how you navigate in relationships and develop a positive view of life and your future.
