Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when relationships are strained, family conflict seems never-ending, or a major transition leaves you feeling uncertain about what comes next. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling to communicate effectively, or carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges on their own. With more than 35 years of clinical experience, I help teens, adults, couples, and families better understand what's happening beneath the surface, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and honest conversation. My approach focuses on helping clients gain insight into the patterns that may be contributing to conflict, emotional distress, or relationship struggles while also developing practical tools for navigating everyday challenges. Together, we'll work on improving communication, building healthier coping strategies, resolving conflict, and creating stronger connections with the people who matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss the challenges you're facing, the relationships or situations that may be contributing to your stress, and what you hope will be different moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to help you regain balance, strengthen your relationships, and move toward the life you want.
