Great to meet you!

I have eleven years years of counseling experience. I received a Masters of Arts in Christian Counseling (MACC) from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in January 2008. I am licensed in the state of North Carolina as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Whether working with individuals or couples, I am passionate about helping clients change patterns to create relationship fulfillment. I take a special interest in walking with clients as they heal and grow from trauma and past childhood wounds.

My approach to therapy

I view counseling as a sacred work, and my goal is to serve all clients in a manner that validates their worth. My approach is interactive and tailored based on the client. At the client's request, I am delighted to incorporate Christian principles in the therapy process.

What you can expect from me

During these life challenges, I want to help you regain hope, heal and grow. I offer a safe and warm environment where you can "just be" while in the process of transforming. The cornerstone of my professional philosophy is to meet clients where they are.
