Great to meet you!

I've been licensed as an MFT since 2009. I help clients meet their goals by tailoring a treatment plan that is attainable and achievable. It is best to contact me directly at my email address, [email protected] or call directly to schedule. 530-391-9976.

My approach to therapy

I listen and remain attuned to what is being shared. I also offer tools such as EMDR and Brainspotting, if my client chooses to utilize these. I meet the client where they are at, while gently encouraging them to face their personal challenges.

What you can expect from me

A sense of connection and validation, in a non-judgmental environment. I offer homework or reading that helps them in between sessions. I strive to help clients maximize their greatest level of healing and trauma resolution.
