Great to meet you!

"Congratulations" . . . by viewing my profile, you did something powerful and courageous . . . you prioritized yourself, your mental health and overall well-being! Prioritizing yourself/your mental health won't always be easy, but it will always be worth it!

My name is Dee. I am a licensed clinical social worker with almost 25 years of experience in working with adults (and teens). I am passionate about empowering clients and helping them G.R.OW. (Gain Insight and Self-Awareness, Increase Resilience, Overcome Challenges by Working with me).

I look forward to supporting your growth, one step at a time!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strength based, empathetic, genuine, compassionate, affirming, and nonjudgmental.

I will utilize various therapeutic approaches to support you in your mental health wellness journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll work to build rapport and engage in strategies that establish trust.
