Great to meet you!

I'm a self-described neuroscience nerd ;) obsessed with how the brain affects behavior and vice versa. My family of origin, while lovely in many ways, was also quite dysfunctional and I believe those circumstances led me into a lifetime of self exploration and growth. Being able to now share valuable learnings and resources with clients is the focus of my work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Want to better understand how your brain works? and how to make it work better? Its easier than you might think...

What you can expect from our first session

If a client is feeling a bit "lost," perhaps brain foggy, uncertain about next steps to take in life etc., our sessions will provide a safe (and optimistically enjoyable and fun) space to explore more deliberate and intention actions that might propel forward closer towards want to be.

Dee's style is

Humorous
Empowering
Solution-oriented
