Great to meet you!

Therapy is a very personal journey, and what works well for one person may not be the best approach for another. My philosophy is that effective therapy goes beyond simply listening. I believe in actively engaging with my clients to provide the most supportive and beneficial experience.

My approach to therapy

My mental health treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes, depending on your needs and progress. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. You will actively participate in the therapeutic process, and we will work together on strategies

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe and supportive environment and the necessary tools for navigating various mental health challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and other conditions.
