Hello! I'm Deidre, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Kentucky. I provide virtual therapy for clients in the state of Kentucky. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention with a focus on identity and self-worth, working through shame and guilt, and strengthening boundaries and relationships. I currently have availability on Mondays and Thursdays.

My approach to therapy is from a place of open-mindedness that is directed by your goals. My style is informed by how best you learn and grow so we respect the time you've chosen to invest in yourself.

Our first session with be casual and open. We'll explore some short- and long-term goals but mostly get a feel for how best to structure our sessions moving forward and where you want to start.
