My approach to therapy

DeLandria is trained in utilizing cognitive-behavior and trauma-focused therapy and has worked with individuals that have been affected by both childhood and adult trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, behavioral and adjustment issues, anxiety, and depression. She has experience providing individual, group, and couples counseling in a variety of settings. DeLandria utilizes an integrative approach to therapy and emphasizes on tailoring each client based on their situation.
