Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns that feel hard to change, or carrying the weight of past experiences that still show up in your day-to-day life. Whether it’s trauma, relationship challenges, or ongoing stress, it can feel exhausting trying to manage it all on your own, especially when you’re not sure where to start. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to begin working through what’s been holding you back.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, supporting concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and family dynamics. My approach is trauma-focused and tailored to each client, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). I offer both individual and family therapy through virtual sessions, creating flexibility while meeting you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is warm, flexible, and collaborative. I adapt each session to your needs, focusing on helping you feel understood while also building practical tools for lasting change. Our work together may involve processing past experiences, strengthening relationships, or developing healthier patterns that support long-term healing. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.
