Great to meet you!

Hi everyone,

I am a English and Spanish speaking Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of mental health experience as a soldier and a civilian. This has fostered my belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I use a biopsychosocial approach to help clients manage their mental health while creating a safe and supportive environment where they feel heard and empowered. Together we'll develop practical strategies that promote resilience, lasting well-being and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will work together to complete a comprehensive clinical assessment. This assessment helps me understand your history, strengths, and areas where assistance is needed. After we complete the assessment we will create a treatment plan to map our plan for therapy.
