Great to meet you!

Great to Meet You!

Teenage years and adulthood come with many changes. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with school or relationships, work, navigating family conflict, or trying to figure out who you are and where you're headed, it's easy to feel like you're carrying more than you can manage on your own.

I'm Delia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I primarily work with adolescents, teens, and adults. I enjoy helping clients navigate life's transitions, build confidence, manage anxiety, and develop healthy coping skills that support them long after therapy ends. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can be yourself, feel understood, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including specialized training in MATCH-ADTC, an evidence-based approach developed specifically to help children and adolescents with concerns like anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with each client to understand what's contributing to their current struggles and build skills that can be used in everyday life.

While I have experience providing trauma-informed care, much of my work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and the transitions that naturally come with growing up and adulthood. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be holding you back while building healthier ways to cope, communicate, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing—without fear of judgment.

In our first sessions, we'll get to know one another, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and identify goals that feel meaningful to you. We'll work together to build practical tools that help you feel more capable, resilient, and in control.

I believe therapy should leave you feeling empowered, not overwhelmed, and my hope is that you'll leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and hope for what's ahead.
