Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Delilah, and I’m glad you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or even a little awkward—and thats okay. I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in real life. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change at your own pace.

I have experience working with individuals and families through complex challenges, including homelessness, substance use, severe and chronic mental health conditions, medical conditions, life transitions, and navigating real-world problems. This work has shaped my approach to be practical, compassionate, and focused on meeting people where they are.

Additionally, I have completed extensive continuing education and specialized training to support diverse client needs. I am a certified RUBI-trained parent coach, helping caregivers build effective, connected strategies at home for children experiencing neurodivergence and behaviorally defiant behaviors through evidence-based parent support and skill development.

Also, I am an NATC-certified clinician specializing in the recovery and treatment of narcissistic abuse, supporting clients in rebuilding identity, strengthening boundaries, restoring self-trust, and creating healthier relationships.

Whether you are navigating healing, growth, parenting challenges, recovery, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a place to begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is humanistic, person-centered, and individualized to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. I believe effective therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment approaches and therapeutic modalities based on what will best support each individual’s growth and healing process.

I value experiential and relational approaches to therapy, recognizing that meaningful change often happens not only through insight, but through lived experiences, practice, and applying skills beyond the traditional therapy setting. My work emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and creating opportunities for clients to engage with life in ways that align with their values and desired outcomes.

As a therapist, I strive to show up with authenticity, transparency, and genuine human connection, while maintaining a supportive and professional therapeutic environment. I believe healing happens through feeling seen, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where they are encouraged to show up exactly as they are. During the first session, we will spend time getting to know one another, exploring your current concerns, discussing your personal history, strengths, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

My approach is conversational, individualized, and centered around creating emotional safety and trust while also identifying practical steps toward growth and healing. Together, we will begin identifying patterns, barriers, coping strategies, and areas of focus while developing goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

My intention is not for you to leave with all the answers after one session, but to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction and hope for what comes next. We move at a pace that feels supportive while creating space for growth and meaningful change.
