Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Oklahoma, with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. Since entering the mental health field in 2019, I’ve brought over two decades of experience working with high-risk populations and individuals from hard places—both youth and adults.

My professional journey has included working in Juvenile Justice facilities, crisis intervention centers, and collaborating with various mental health services across Oklahoma. These experiences have shaped my trauma-informed approach and strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a mix of therapeutic modalities, depending on your needs, goals, and personality. No two clients are alike—so our work together is never one-size-fits-all. Instead, I integrate techniques from various approaches to create a personalized experience that supports your growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is more than conversation—it’s a space for transformation, insight, and practical growth. I believe therapy should feel like a co-created experience—one that honors your voice, your pace, and your goals. You’ll leave each session with something tangible to reflect on, practice, or apply in your daily life.

Clients often leave sessions with:

  • Clarity & Insight: A deeper understanding of your emotional landscape and the patterns that shape your life.
  • Personalized Tools: Strategies tailored to your needs—whether it’s grounding techniques, communication skills, or boundary-setting practices.
  • Creative Exercises: I often incorporate journaling prompts, guided visualizations, or expressive arts to help you process and reflect in new ways.
  • Mindfulness Practices: Simple, accessible techniques to help you stay present and regulate emotions between sessions.
  • Empowerment: A growing sense of confidence in your ability to navigate challenges and make meaningful changes.
