Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I work with both youth and adults who want to take the next step in creating lasting change. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Together, we create a supportive, judgment-free space to explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the confidence and resilience needed to move forward with purpose.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to provide practical tools, meaningful insight, and personalized support that leads to lasting emotional growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and comfortable. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin developing a personalized plan for treatment.
