My approach to therapy is person-centered, supportive, and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your journey. Whether you are beginning to explore your relationship with substances, ready to make changes, actively working toward recovery, or focused on maintaining your progress, we will work together to develop goals that are meaningful and realistic for you.
I believe recovery is an individual journey and meaningful change is possible. Your past does not define who you are or who you can become. My role is to help you recognize your strengths, work through challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the confidence and skills needed to create positive, lasting changes in your life.
