Great to meet you!

I am a passionate Clinical Social Worker who believes in the power of the mind and the healing that can come from talking through life's challenges. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change when they feel heard, supported, and equipped with the right tools.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University in 2015 with a concentration in Interpersonal Practice. Since then, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other emotional challenges.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I use active listening and evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions, to help clients gain insight, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Hello, and welcome. I believe that healing begins in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I have experience in community mental health, helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, stress management, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, and emotional regulation.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based practices to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll identify what's holding you back, build practical coping skills, and work toward lasting emotional wellness.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, genuine, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also challenging you to grow and reach your full potential. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult season, working to heal from past experiences, or looking to improve your overall well-being, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

Reaching out for help is a courageous first step. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and a more fulfilling life
